Findel Airport has replaced its iconic "Moien" welcome sign with a more formal "Luxembourg" sign in the national branding style.

The familiar "Moien" sign that greeted travellers and visitors at Luxembourg’s Findel Airport has been removed, replaced by a new "Luxembourg" sign in the government's "Let's Make It Happen" branding style.

The orange "Moien" installation – featuring a smiley face for the letter "O" – had become a popular photo spot for tourists and residents alike. Sponsored by ING Bank, its distinctive colour matched the bank's branding.

The new signage aligns with Luxembourg's national marketing strategy, which promotes the country as dynamic, open, and collaborative under the slogan Let's Make It Happen. The rebranding aims to strengthen the Grand Duchy's global visibility.
