In a breakthrough after years of disputes, the National Health Fund and the Luxembourg Association of Doctors and Dentists have agreed on the future of the Digital Health Network.
After years of dispute, the National Health Fund (CNS) and the Luxembourg Association of Doctors and Dentists (AMMD) have reached an agreement regarding the Digital Health Network (DHN).
The DHN is a private company that has developed a digital app enabling patients to receive doctors' bills, prescriptions, and analysis results. Co-founded by the AMMD, the DHN had previously faced resistance from the Luxembourg government, which refused to utilise the tool.
While the specific terms of the agreement have not been disclosed, both parties issued a statement confirming that they have reached an understanding regarding the future development of the DHN and its integration into the CNS' digital ecosystem.
