Delhaize has announced a recall of its grated carrots product after glass shards were discovered during routine testing. The affected lots, identified as LM 005 K, have been removed from store shelves.
Customers are advised not to consume these carrots and to return them to the store for a refund. Delhaize has confirmed that other lots of the same product are not affected by this issue.
