The Grand-Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) responded to one car accident in the early hours of Thursday, and to two fires in Junglinster and Luxembourg City.

Around 0:53am on Thursday during the night, a car flipped and caught fire on the CR119 between Stafelter and Eisenborn – a person was injured. The emergency services from the city and the fire brigade from Niederanven and Lorentzweiler were on the scene.

On the same night at 2am, a trash bin caught fire in the city. Earlier in the evening around 5:50pm, a multi-socket also caught fire in Junglinster. Both incidents resulted in property damage only.
