On Friday night, police in Luxembourg City conducted a major inspection operation aimed at identifying motorists with illegally modified vehicles.

During the operation, officers inspected 20 cars and three motorcycles. Among the findings, five vehicles were cited for improper exhaust systems, while two were found to be excessively low to the ground. In six cases, issues with vehicle lighting were noted, such as headlights with blackened glass.

The inspection involved around a dozen officers who also issued fines to four motorists and one motorcyclist for various other offences, including wearing non-compliant helmets. One vehicle was seized, and ten others were taken for further examination.
