At around 6.30pm on Monday, a police patrol in the Gare neighbourhood observed an individual exhibiting suspicious behaviour at the junction of Rue de Hollerich and Rue Adolphe Fischer.

The police bulletin reported that officers were alerted by the individual's "suspicious mouth movements," leading them to suspect the ingestion of narcotics. Consequently, the officers decided to check on the individual.

Upon receiving the case details, the public prosecutor's office mandated a CT scan for the suspect. The scan revealed seven foreign bodies ingested by the person in question. The suspect was placed under arrest and presented before an examining magistrate on Tuesday morning.
