The programme featured a torchlight procession, known as 'Fakelzuch' in Luxembourgish, music, and a grand fireworks display. Concerts kicked off at 6pm in various squares around the city.
Three hours later, the torchlight procession began, with the famous parade winding through Grand-Rue, Rue du Fossé, and culminating at Place Guillaume II.
The highlight of the celebrations was at 11pm when the fireworks lit up the sky, visible for kilometres around.
This year, the display was accompanied by a composition from Pol Belardi, Jérôme Klein, and Niels Engel. The night concluded with Luxembourg’s most popular street party, ensuring an unforgettable evening for all.
