Luxembourg's emergency services were called into action three times on Friday afternoon, following accidents which left three people with injuries.

Shortly before 3pm, two cars collided on Rue des Trois Cantons in Windhof. One person was hurt as a result. The Luxembourg City ambulance attended the scene, with support from Steinfort fire fighters.

The Air Rescue helicopter was deployed at around 4pm in northern Luxembourg after a car overturned on the CR324 between Pintsch and Bockholtz, injuring one. The air ambulance was accompanied by paramedics from Clervaux, as well as the Kiischpelt and Hosingen fire brigade.

Some ten minutes later, another vehicle overturned on the CR132 between Brouch and Eschweiler. One person sustained injuries in the crash and was treated by emergency teams from Mertert, Biwer and Manternach.
