An investigation into a Friday evening dispute involving several minors and a firearm in Ettelbruck resulted in the confiscation of the weapon and provisional custody for the individual accused of supplying it.

A verbal altercation involving several minors occurred in Ettelbruck on Friday evening, with one individual reportedly taking out a firearm. During a subsequent police investigation, the person in question was identified and his home searched. Officers were able to find and confiscate the weapon, which had previously been stolen, and also found out who had given it to the minor.

The arms provider was presented to an examining magistrate in Diekirch on Sunday and has since been placed in provisional custody.
