Luc Marteling is set to succeed Guy Weber as RTL Luxembourg's news director, following Weber's retirement at the end of June, marking a significant change in the editorial team across RTL's radio, television, and online platforms.

A change in RTL Luxembourg's editorial team – including radio, television, and online platform – is set to take place in summer: Guy Weber, news director (directeur de l'information) since 2017, will retire at the end of June.

Luc Marteling, who will return to RTL in May, is set to become Weber's successor. Marteling already worked for RTL.lu from 2008 until 2019 before becoming director of the Centre for the Luxembourgish Language.
