Four exceptional students have emerged as global academic frontrunners, securing top marks internationally, across Europe, and within the borders of Luxembourg.
Siddarth Vaitty, currently studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at Oxford, secured top global marks in A-level English Literature, History, and Mathematics—joining an elite group of six students worldwide this year.
Naomi T excelled with the highest global mark in IGCSE Psychology and the highest mark in Luxembourg for IGCSE History. Aislinn H achieved the highest mark globally in IGCSE English Language A, while Sebastian R distinguished himself with the highest mark in Europe for IGCSE English Literature and the highest mark in Luxembourg for IGCSE Mathematics A.
Head Teacher Claire Simmonds applauded the students for their outstanding achievements, highlighting the intense competition among thousands of peers across 700 schools in 80 countries.
“We are extremely proud of our students’ progress and achievements during their time with us, whether through their academic results or taking on new challenges outside the classroom,” Ms Simmonds said.
The students received the Outstanding Pearson Learner Awards in a special ceremony at St George’s, attended by their families, school faculty, and VIP guests.
