A machinists' strike in Germany is expected to cause disruptions on CFL's Line 30 starting Wednesday morning until Friday at 6pm.
The Luxembourg National Railway Company (CFL) issued an announcement on Tuesday, stating that during the duration of the strike paralysing German railways, no trains will traverse the German-Luxembourg border.
In response, CFL has adjusted staffing plans to mitigate the impact on the remaining trains within the Luxembourg rail network.
Despite these measures, some cancellations are anticipated between Luxembourg City and Wasserbillig. Nevertheless, two out of three trains per hour will continue to operate.
In light of the strike's impact on equipment and staff schedules, modifications have been made to services, particularly affecting trains to Wittlich and Koblenz. These adjustments came into effect on Tuesday.
Further information on these adjustments is available on the CFL website.
