
On Monday morning, the Junglinster Post branch office saw no waiting customers. The establishment, located on Rue Hiehl, was forced to close its doors on 30 October due to an attempted burglary. It will remain closed until further notice.
According to the police, the break-in occurred in the early hours of Monday, around 3am. The suspects used a vehicle to forcibly breach the front entrance. However, their actions triggered an alarm, prompting the criminals to hastily flee the scene.
A manhunt has been initiated, though it has yet to yield any results. An official investigation into the incident is currently underway.
