A person was hit by a car in Arsdorf around 3pm on Thursday, emergency services report.

An ambulance from Rambrouch was called to the scene, as well as firefighters from Rambrouch and Redange. An Air Rescue helicopter was dispatched to the accident site.

In a separate incident, around 4.20pm, two cars collided in Cruchten. One person was injured and hospitalised.
