
This represents a decrease of 610 people (-4%) compared to the same time in 2021. However, the unemployment rate remained stable in November at 4.9%.

The number of those looking for a new job for more than six months has decreased over a one-year period. A significant drop (-20.2%) was also recorded for jobseekers who had been registered with ADEM for more than a year.
On the other hand, the number of new job seekers is on the rise. In November, 2,614 residents registered with ADEM, i.e., an increase of 354 compared to November 2021. Among the registrations in November were also 92 Ukrainian refugees.
ADEM also reports that 7,325 residents are receiving full unemployment benefits, a 3.8% decrease from the same time in 2021.
Employers reported 3,276 vacancies in November. As of 30 November, ADEM had a total of 12,226 available jobs in its database.
