Non-profit organisation AMELUX issued a press release on Monday to criticise the wage agreement signed between government and the General Confederation of the Civil Service (CGFP).
AMELUX, the association of craftspeople in education, criticises the wage agreement for failing to counteract the root of the problem, which they believe to be the shortage of people in the sector.
The organisation therefore argues that master craftsman's certificates should be equated with bachelor diplomas and Vocational Aptitude Diplomas (DAP) with A levels.
