The petition, which vastly exceeded the threshold of 4,500 signatures required for public debate, seeks to extend the right to work from home two days a week to all Luxembourg employees, including cross-border workers.
A public debate will now take place in the Chamber of Deputies at 10.30am on 30 November 2022. MPs from various related committees will discuss the concept with petitioner Katia Sabrina Litim.
The debate, which will be live-streamed on ChamberTV and on the www.chd.lu website, will also be open to the public.
