The number of tourists staying at one of Luxembourg's 80 campsites in 2022 is expected to set a new record.

Luxembourg's campsites have long been popular with holidaymakers from our neighbouring countries and the Netherlands. However, as more people begin considering the Grand Duchy as more than just an intermediary stop, it is also not unusual to have visitors from Spain, Denmark, Sweden, and Switzerland come for longer stays.
While Luxembourg's rural outdoor regions offer a lot of diverse activities, some tourists still express disappointment over the lack of indoor options. Another point of criticism is the safety of cycling routes, which some believe to be improvable.
