A total of seven people were injured in an accident that took place in a roundabout near the Micheville tunnel in Esch-sur-Alzette at 12.30am on Sunday.

Emergency services from Esch-sur-Alzette, Pétange, Schifflange, and Luxembourg City were called to the scene.

A motorcyclist fell on the CR353A between Grauenstein and Nachtmanderscheid at 4.40pm on Saturday. The man suffered injuries in the process.

Shortly before 8.30pm on Saturday, an accident involving one car took place between Diekirch and Erpeldange. One person suffered injuries as a consequence.

A kitchen fire occurred on Rue de l'église in Schifflange at 9.20pm last night. Two people were injured.
