Many bus lines, the tram, as well as several streets and avenues were disrupted by the ING Night Marathon. The street sections located on the marathon route were reserved for runners during the race, but were reopened to traffic after the last runner passed, the City Administration announced.

According to the Public Transport Administration, changes to the usual timetable were planned between 4 pm and 1 am.

Parking and road closures

Parking along the race route is permitted, with the exception of a few places where specific signs have been put up. The City therefore recommended that anyone who needs to use their vehicle on the evening of Saturday 28 May should park it outside the area reserved for the sporting event.

The City published a map of the streets concerned by the race, with the times of passage of the participants and the parking bans. In all, 45 crossing points located at strategic points along the route will allow motorists to drive into and out of the neighbourhoods as the race progresses.
