The photographs are meant to help the municipality assess the state of the road surface in the capital. The digital photos will be taken by several high-resolution cameras installed on a specially equipped car.
The municipality stresses that these photos will be exclusively for the internal use of the municipal services. Any faces and number plates that appear on the photos will be pixelated.
