Even though the exact circumstances are yet to be determined, a car hit a child near the school campus in Mamer. The child suffered injuries in the process and had to be hospitalised. Emergency services from Mamer and Kehlen were called to the scene.
The road was closed off following the accident and a team was deployed to the scene to analyse potential leads.
