Uninterrupted rainfall over the past hours has pushed the water levels across the country and lead to several roads being submerged.

The police put out a warning for the Route de Fischbach (CR101) in Lintgen as large rocks have fallen on to the road. Authorities further communicate that the following roads are blocked or partially submerged:

  • The N10 between Reisdorf and Wallendorf-Pont
  • The N4 (Route d'Esch) from Gasperich to Leudelange
  • The N17 between Tandel and Bleesbrück
  • The N24 between Noerdange and Huttange
  • The CR303 in the Colpach-Haut sector
  • The CR345 from Colmar-Berg to Welsdorf
  • The CR101 between Schoenfels and Kopstal

Motorists are thus advised to adjust their driving to the particular weather and road conditions of the day.
