Appointments will no longer be required at the Limpertsberg vaccine centre from 16 August, following the success of the "Vaccine bus" on tour.

The date has been moved forward from 30 August to make the most of increased uptake in vaccinations recently.

142 people made use of the vaccine bus at the "City Sounds" event in the Glacis car park on Wednesday evening. The previous day saw 180 people get jabbed at den Atelier in Hollerich during the "This is your shot / Let's get vaccinated" event.

The next dates for the vaccine bus will be published on www.covidvaccination.lu over the coming days.

The Victor-Hugo Hall's opening hours will be as follows:

Week of 16 August:
Monday-Saturday: 7am-7pm

From 23 August:
Monday: 1pm to 7pm
Tuesday-Friday: 7am-7pm
Saturday: 7am-1am

From 13 September:
Monday: closed
Tuesday-Friday: 7am-7pm
Saturday: 7am to 1pm
