Invitations will be issued this week to people aged between 16 and 54.

The Ministry of Health released a statement on Tuesday afternoon confirming the vaccine campaign will begin its sixth and final phase this week, as invitations begin to roll out to the under-54s.

Phase 6 covers people aged between 16 and 54, working down from the eldest members of the category to the youngest.

As with previous phases, invites will be sent by post, as and when vaccine deliveries take place.

Invites will be accompanied by information on how to make an appointment, while a hotline is also available for queries under the number (+352) 247-65533.
