The unemployment rate stands at 6.1%, compared to 6.2% in late February. Over 10,000 people are currently receiving full unemployment benefits.
4,443 residents are part of an employment programme, an increase of almost 8% compared to 2020. A total of 3,910 available jobs were declared to the National Employment Agency (Adem) in March.
