
The Luxembourg Central Bank presented the latest lending rates granted to households by the country’s banks on Friday.
According to its report, based on provisional figures, the variable rate for a home loan remained stable at 1.35% in February. It was also estimated at 1.35% in January 2021 and 1.32% in December 2020.
The fixed rate for a real estate project is slightly up at 1.25%.
Finally, for consumer loans, where the initial rate fixation period is more than 1 year and less than or equal to 5 years, the rate was 1.39% in February.
