The incident occurred on Wednesday afternoon. A pedestrian tried getting to the other side of the street at the corner of Boulevard de Kockelscheuer and Rue F.W. Raiffeisen. He was then hit by a lorry while taking the zebra crossing.
According to preliminary information, the victim suffered minor injuries and was only brought to the hospital for a routine check-up following the accident.
