Luxembourg food safety authorities have recalled the "Brioche Pasquier" branded plain braided brioche and brioche with chocolate chips, after it was discovered the products may contain glass pieces.
Auchan supermarkets informed the authorities of the possible presence of foreign bodies, specifically pieces of glass. If such items are ingested, they could cause internal injuries to consumers.

The food safety authorities said that although the products were reported by Auchan, they could not rule out that the product in question may be sold elsewhere.
