This Friday, Luxembourg food safety authorities reported traces of salmonella in sausages of the brand Sola.
Eight different kinds of sausages sold by Auchan are concerned:
Symptoms would include nausea, stomach aches or cramps, fever and headaches. If any of these symptoms occur 6 to 72 hours after consumption, a doctor should be consulted.
These symptoms can be more severe in children, elderly people and individuals with a compromised immune system.
