Pandemic editionDrive-in wine festivities in Grevenmacher
In regular times, this weekend would have been the Moselle's annual wine queen pageant. A tradition that had to be cancelled due to the pandemic.
Jessica Bastian, the incumbent wine queen, will thus keep her crown for one more year.
Since all regular festivities had to be cancelled this year, an alternative drive-through event was organised in Grevenmacher that still allowed people to appreciate the region’s most celebrated products.
So, even in absence of the annual fireworks and procession, the atmosphere at the wine festivities was still excellent.
