The $150 sneakers have become enormously popular and, when they dropped in his online store on Staurday, they quickly sold out. The “Cactus Jack Nike SB Dunk Low” are only sold at stores that Nike had selected in advance.
Olliewood in Luxembourg City was the only store in the Greater Region that was allowed to sell a limited number of the popular shoes. Hordes of clients were expected.
The store initially planned on selling the sneakers on a first-come-first-served basis but changed its approach due to safety concerns when a sheer multitude of people showed up. Prospective buyers were able to add their names to a list and 150 people were selected at random.
The sneakers are already trading for upward of $1,000 online.
