The King and Queen of the Belgians conclude their state visit to Luxembourg on Thursday. Earlier, King Philippe and Queen Mathilde enjoyed lunch along the Moselle with Grand Duke Henri.
During the morning, King Philippe and Grand Duke Henri were welcomed at the Chamber of Commerce, where a series of commercial agreements were signed in the presence of the two heads of state. Not long after, the Belgian sovereigns and Grand Duke Henri visited the Camille Gira Nature Centre and Biodiversum Forest in Remerschen.
Next on the agenda, the royals boarded the Princess Marie-Astrid boat for a cruise along the Moselle and lunch. Then, King Philippe and Queen Mathilde will visit the vini- and viticultural institute in Remich. Here, they will be presented the Luxembourgish winery. Finally, the state visit will end with the traditional departure ceremony outside the Grand Ducal palace.
