The police confirmed on Tuesday morning that a Raiffeisen cashpoint was targeted with explosives overnight in Remich.

The incident occurred in the Jongebësch industrial zone. The blast ripped the cashpoint out of the wall and landed several metres away. Severe damage was caused to the building.
