Unemployment is still on the rise in Luxembourg with an increase of 2.9% in August compared to 2018.
The figures represent 434 additional people on the hunt for a job in the Grand Duchy.
There are 15,370 unemployed jobseekers registered with the National Employment Agency (ADEM) as of 31 August 2019.
The seasonally adjusted unemployment rate calculated by STATEC is 5.4%.
