As Luxembourg's strongest man and holder of 26 Guinness World Records, Georges Christen is a household name.

His show includes ripping up phonebooks, picking up a grown adult using only his teeth, and bending nails.

The performance was put on on Saturday for the 40th birthday of Vichten Club des Jeunes, and is one of about 100 power shows he does a year.

What was quite spectacular about this appearance was a show of strength that used be part of his daily arsenal: Christen pulled a 3 ton tractor using once again only his teeth. Bearing in mind that even the tyres of the tractor alone cause more resistance than a bus, it looks like the 56-year-old still has it.

Throughout his career the strongman has set 26 world records, one of which saw him preventing a Cessna airplane from taking off - on full power. Three years later he repeated this mind-blowing feat, only this time stopping 3 planes simultaneously (using both arms as well as teeth).

Georges Christen has not let age slow him down, and his show puts on the same extraordinary demonstrations on as in his early days — and after Saturday, it may be that he will take on a new world record.

It seems that even after 37 years, Georges Christen is still going strong.
