
The 76-year-old had driven into the car wash with his car and exited his vehicle to start the machine. As he wanted to get back into his car, the man became stuck between the washing machine and his car. He was injured critically and died hours later.
In the ongoing case surrounding the death, the prosecutor recommended that two businesses responsible for running the car wash and petrol station be fined. A third business was recommended an acquittal.
Sentencing will take place on 12 December.
