The 60-year-old stands accused of falsely alerting a Kirchberg cinema, as well as several supermarket branches, to a bomb threat. Curiously enough, he was already serving a prison sentence in Nancy, France, at the time of the call.
Prosecutors in the case now demand five years in prison for the culprit. Additionally, the businesses involved in the case demand compensation. The verdict is set to be announced on 21 January.
