Described by the police as standing between 1.75 and 1.80 metres tall, Jabili has a slim build, has little hair with green-grey eyes, and speaks both Arabic and English.
At the time of his disappearance, Jabili was dressed in a black jacket, a black cap, carried a black leather bag, and wore white trainers.
