Here are the main conclusions of 23 - 29 November.
- Number of infections has seen a slight decline: 3,565 compared to 3,851 in the week before;
- 47 deaths (an increase of 9 from the week previous) - average age is 80 years old;
- Contact tracing efforts increased by 7%: now 16,052 contacts reached;
- Average age of infections has decreased from 39.8 to 38.8 years old;
- 69,558 tests completed (69,680 in previous week);
- Number of 'cured' cases increased from 21,829 to 25,995;
- 176 patients hospitalised, 43 in intensive care (compared to 186 and 45, respectively);
- Effective reproduction rate went from 1,00 to 0,98;
- Positivity rate went from 5,53% to 5,13%
An average of 569 cases are reported per 100,000 inhabitants, a slight decrease from 615 in the week prior. There were a spike in cases in the age category of 0-14. All other age categories see a decline.
7,640 people were in isolation last week (-5%) and 11,203 in quarantine (+21%).
The main source of infection lies with private family gatherings (39,7%).
