Police bulletin40 interventions due to nighttime disturbances

RTL Today
Saturday night proved to be a busy one for the Luxembourg police, who responded to a total of 40 calls regarding nighttime disturbances, fights, and arguments.

In most of the 40 cases, the situation could be deescalated quickly on the spot.

In Pétange, officers were called to a pub where an intoxicated man was harassing its owners and refused to leave when asked. Due to his inebriated state, authorities decided to take him into custody.

Meanwhile, in Esch, on Boulevard Prince Henri, a man caused a scene early Sunday morning. Despite the arrival of the police, the drunk individual grew increasingly aggressive and refused to calm down. He was detained as well.
