According to the CGDIS (Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps), four people were left injured following the accident. Two amulances from the Nordstad emergency centre were dispatched, as were firemen from Bourscheid.
Firemen from Kopstal, Mamer, Kehlen, and the City were also dispatched at around 4.30am on Monday to Briddel, where a balcony was on fire. No one was injured in this fire, which left material damage to the property.
