Police reported on Monday morning that his car had come off the road in a bend and that the vehicle had then rolled over several times. The driver was alone in the car at the time of the accident.
First responders treated the driver at the scene before rushing him to the hospital.
The road where the accident happened had to remain closed to traffic for the duration of the rescue operation. Emergency services from Ettelbruck were deployed to the scene.
The public prosecutor’s office has been informed of the accident.
