Officers stopped a total of 185 motorists, regardless of their driving behaviour. 24 drivers tested positive for alcohol and received a fine. Ten driving licenses were revoked at the scene.
One driver received two additional fines for failing to comply with police orders and for driving under the influence of drugs. Another driver was fined for not having working car lights, another person lacked insurance papers.
The routine check was commissioned by the prosecutor’s office.
