Out of 23 drivers who were caught breaking the 50 km/h limit, 18 received a €49 fine, as they drove less than 15 km/h faster than permitted. However, four drivers were caught driving 69 km/h or faster, meaning they were forced to pay €145 and lose two points from their licenses. The most significant speeding infringement of the day was somebody driving at 85 km/h.
Additionally, two drivers were unable to present insurance papers, which cost them €24 each. Two further people were caught using their phones while driving, which brought them a €145 fine, as well as a loss of two points. Another driver received the same punishment for not wearing a seatbelt, same as one person who failed to use indicators before switching lanes, and one final person whose vehicle had not undergone the required technical inspection.
