
The year 2019 saw a total of 96 new infections, while there were 91 in 2018. Out of the 96 people, 49 contracted the infection here in the Grand Duchy, a more or less stable number according to the report.
There have been slightly more transmissions between heterosexual people than in the gay community. Women have had fewer new infections than men. A slight decrease was also noticeable among drug consumers.
