The text ‘Manach’ with a Luxembourgish flag marking the date 18.02.2022 was added to the video here and here. But the northern Luxembourgish town of Marnach includes an ‘r’, and thus “Manach” does not exist in the Grand Duchy.
Following a bit of research our colleagues from RTL.lu discovered the video had been published in June of 2021 on YouTube. This version is three minutes long, seemingly depicting a tornado in the Czech Republic.
A snippet of the video was posted on TikTok together with the text, making it seem like it occurred in Luxembourg.
