A robotic arm built to collect human samples for Covid-19 sampling, a barista robot, and dozens of dancing cyber-dogs were among the highlights of the annual World Robot Conference (WRC) in Beijing.
WRC 2022 runs from 18 to 21 August. Over 500 products from 150 companies are on display, from firefighting robots to surgery robots.
Alongside the conference, the World Robot Contest Championships features more than 4,000 entrants.
