As we approach one year since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine with the conflict still raging, the ULBC note that planning for post-war recovery is something that cannot wait. Recovering and rebuilding the country once the conflict is over will be an unprecedented undertaking, and through the panel discussion on Tuesday 31 January the ULBC seeks to examine the needs, plans and challenges of reconstruction - as well as the role that Luxembourg as a country and Luxembourgish businesses can play.
Featuring a diverse range of stakeholder perspectives from both Luxembourg and Ukraine, attendants include development banks, businesses, and international investors. Among them are the event’s main sponsor, ArcelorMittal, Clearstream, and the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce.
Panels will run from 9am until 5pm on Tuesday 31 January, and while registration is free of charge, the deadline for registering is on 27 January.

Following the day’s panels, ULBC are also organising a gala fundraising dinner in support of the Olena Zelenska Foundation, which works to restore the human capital of Ukraine through education, healthcare, and humanitarian needs during and after the war.
The gala dinner will take place at Circle Cité from 7 pm on 31 January. Tickets must be purchased in advance, and both individual tickets and corporate packages are available.
