Disinformation is seen as a major threat in combating the Covid-19 pandemic. In light of this, a new scheme has been launched to link Chinese media with European journalism to promote financial reporting and recapture lost ground for European and Chinese businesses.
At the 2020 European Media Partners Cooperation Online Forum in Beijing, which took place on Thursday, Teng Yunping, Chairman of the Board of CCTV+, and Adrian Wells, managing director of ENEX, signed a Strategic Memorandum of Understanding, which signals the official launch of the “European Media Partners (EMP)” platform. In the future, the two sides will strengthen cooperation on news materials, news reports, overseas reporters, news products, and media forums.
